ACHIEVEMENTS

School wide:

  • Ranked among the top 10 schools in the state for DSTP in reading, math, and writing
  • 84% of all 2006 graduating seniors went for post secondary education
  • 80% of all students enroll in science and mathematics offerings beyond the required 2/3 years
  • The largest number of students citied as Scholars with Distinction, Scholars with Honor, and Scholars for all public high schools in The State of Delaware, including The Charter School of Wilmington
  • The only school in Delaware chosen by "Newsweek" magazine as one of "America's Best” for all 4 years: 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007.
  • DIAA Sportsmanship Award- two years in a row
  • Mr. Golder - Delaware Association of Student Council’s 2007 “Administrator of the Year Award”
