We wanted to offer a convenient way for people to order dress code approved clothes from a trusted vendors. As a reminder, people can buy their shirts and pants from any store.

Student Dress Code

Beginning with the 2012 – 2013 school year, all AIHS students must wear the approved dress code.

Students must wear:

Shirts:  Any solid color – Long sleeve or short sleeve collared polo shirts, or button up (brand logos are permitted but they must be small and discreet; two inches and under)

Shirts:  may be worn tucked or un-tucked (appropriate length), solid color undershirts of white or grey

Pants:   Colors – navy, black, tan – Dockers style pants (boys and girls)

Pants:  Must be worn on the hips or at the waist as to prevent the “sag and drag” look.  They may be worn with or without a belt.

Skirts: Colors – navy, black, tan – Dockers style skirt option (girls)

Skirts: no more than 4 inches above the top of the knee and may be worn all year

Shorts: Colors – navy, black, tan – Dockers style short option (boys and girls)

Shorts:  no more than 4 inches above the top of the knee and may be worn all year

Students will not be permitted to wear:

• Cargo pants/ shorts
• Flip-flops
• Open-toed shoes
• Slippers
• Jeans
• Sweat pants
• Track Pants
• T-Shirts

Other Options: 

Students may wear AIHS team apparel such as “hoodies”, windbreakers and jackets (all year)

Dress-down days:

Dress-down dates will be held on a monthly basis or as needed to support special events such as play-offs, homecoming, spirit week, etc…
