New NHS Members 2011-12

Club’s Mission/Purpose: Honor Society chapters throughout the country collectively dedicate countless hours at school and community service projects as well as fundraisers for local, national, and international charities. Inlisting these values early in life helps lay the ground work for a lifetime of service.

Special Events:

• AIHS Community Day to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
• Stockings for Soldiers (collecting supplies to give Christmas stockings to soldiers overseas before winter break)
• Walk for Diabetes (October)
• KHG Brain Tumor Awareness Walk (spring)
• AIHS Curriculum Open House and Choice Open House ambassadors
